How to report it
Use the contact details below. Please do not include real passwords, passphrases, recovery keys, ID numbers or seed phrases. Made-up examples are enough.
Send your report to hello@lewkai.com with "Fort security report" in the subject. A dedicated security address is planned, and this page will change when it exists.
What to include
- Which page of this site you were using (or which Fort test build, if we gave you one).
- What you did, step by step.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if it helps. Use made-up data only.
Testing rules
Please only test with made-up data and your own accounts. Do not try to get into our server, slow it down, or look at anyone else’s information. Fort itself is not released, so most reports will be about this website.
What happens next
We will read your report and reply. We may ask a follow-up question so we can understand it. We will not threaten anyone who reports a problem in good faith.
Please give us a chance to understand the issue before sharing details publicly.
